USEReady a leading provider of BI and Infrastructure management services, headquartered in New York announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Design Strategy, an IT infrastructure, applications and staffing firm.
Established in 1980, Design Strategy headquartered in New Jersey specializes in Managed IT Services along with staffing solutions. With the addition of the workforce from Design strategy, USEReady becomes a 400 member team with a furthermore stronghold in the Managed Infrastructure Services arena.

Sett & Lucas acted as financial advisor for the acquisition and with all regulatory approvals in hand the acquisition has been successfully completed on February 28, 2017.
Along with the expansion of Managed Infrastructure services, USEReady has recorded significant success in the BI professional services arena. USEReady has been a longstanding partner of Tableau, the global BI leader and has helped numerous customers succeed in their data initiatives.
